Product Terms & Conditions:

1. The "Bring your own phone" option may activate the plan using either a compatible phone not purchased from TELUS, or a phone purchased outright from TELUS.

2. Unlimited local and Unlimited Nationwide minutes are not shareable. 300 Local minutes are shareable among subscribers on the same account.

3. To be eligible for Business Choice at least one data add-on is required per account.

4. Access to shareable Data across all Business Choice rate plans, Small Business SharePlus rate plans, Team Share XL+ rate plans, Team Share Voice + Data rate plans, Team Share Tablet and Mobile Internet rate plans on the same account.

5. Evenings include 6pm to 7am; weekends are from Friday 6pm to Monday 7am.

6. Tablet and mobile Internet rate plans are access-only rate plans which use available data on Business Choice voice and data rate plans.

7. Applicable for Unlimited Can to U.S Talk & Text add-on: Unlimited minutes do not share. CAN-U.S. Text messaging includes SMS, picture and video messaging. Unlimited Can-U.S. calling replaces long distance rate.

Business Choice rate plans are not eligible for use with a Smart Hub device.

Business Choices rate plans are available for business customers only.

Applicable for Unlimited Nationwide Push To Talk add-on: The TELUS Link 15 free trial is offered at no additional charge for the first 30 days and can be added to a new or existing TELUS Link compatible device and rate plan. If you decide to keep the TELUS Link service and do not notify TELUS otherwise, normal charges will apply after 30 days. The 30-day trial applies only to the $15 add-on called TELUS Link 15. Add-on is subject to terms and conditions as outlined in the Customer Service Agreement.

Taxes, long distance, additional airtime, roaming and pay-per-use charges are extra. Plus applicable provincial or municipal government 911 fees in Nova Scotia (43¢), PEI (70¢), New Brunswick (53¢), Quebec (40¢) and Saskatchewan (62¢), Quebec (40¢), Alberta (44¢) and Newfoundland (75¢ effective Jan 1, 2015).
